DMCA Policy

CAIBots respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains our process for handling copyright infringement claims under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Overview

CAIBots complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on caibots.com or content processed through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent. We will respond promptly to valid notices.

Please note: submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability for perjury and damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consult an attorney before submitting a notice.

2. Reporting Infringement

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our Designated DMCA Agent:

We will process valid notices within 5–10 business days.

3. Required Notice Elements

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., URL)
  • Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. We may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

CAIBots maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate any user’s account upon receipt of a single or multiple valid DMCA notices, or upon our independent determination that a user is a repeat infringer.
